1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Raffle Companion, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
2. Eligibility
To participate in our competitions, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of an eligible country. Employees of Raffle Companion and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Rules
Each competition has specific rules and closing dates. All entries must be received before the stated closing date. Winners are selected randomly from all correct entries using a certified random number generator.
4. Payment Terms
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless a competition is cancelled. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods. Prices are displayed in USD.
5. Prize Delivery
Winners will be contacted within 48 hours of the draw. Prize delivery typically takes 2-4 weeks. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Limitation of Liability
Raffle Companion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
